Introduction

The 10-06 high temperature high-pressure centrifugal blower fan is generally used for metallurgical, petroleum, chemical, grain, building materials and other departments for high-pressure forced draft wind or material gas transportation.

Suitable for conveying air and non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-hypergolic and non-sticky substances.

The temperature of the medium is generally not more than 50°C (maximum of 80°C), the dust and hard particles contained in the medium is not more than 150 mg/m3.

1.The centrifugal fan impeller material is high strength low alloy steel. There are 14 pieces forward curved blade blades for long and short blades, which are uniformly welded between the surrounding curved wheel cover and the flat plate wheel. The flow channel is composed of a vaneless diffuser. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance and the operation is reliable.

2. The centrifugal fan's casing is welded into a snail shell by a common steel plate.

3. The air inlet cone is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, which is fixed with the front cover plate by bolts.

4.The transmission group is composed of shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high quality steel. The bearing box is the overall structure, using rolling bearings, rolling bearings with mechanical oil lubrication.
