    Introduction


    The 6-05 medium-pressure series Centrifugal Flow Fan can meet the performance requirements of large flow and high pressure at the same time, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low noise. It is a series centrifugal fan products with a wide range of performance.

    The designed max full pressure efficiency is higher than 80% new series boiler ventilation fans and induced draft fans with the low noise.

    High Volume Air Flow Ventilate Cooling Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan can be selected if the intake conditions are equivalent and the performance is suitable.

    It can output higher outlet pressure and provide more gas flow at the same time, low noise.The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different belt pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.Motor slide guide can be provided for convenient belt tensioning to reduce energy loss caused by belt slack.The bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the installation of fan operation monitoring device.

    Choose the right fan type, reasonable operating condition fan parameters, preferred flow pattern ,reasonably organize the gas source, carefully designed leaf type, increase wind tongue clearance, properly reduce the fan speed, improvement volute design, design principles for purifying the flow and minimizing secondary flow losses and so on. Combined with the finite difference method numerical calculation machine air inlet and impeller wheel cover type line, and the uniformity of the flow field at the fan impeller inlet is used as the optimization criterion to optimize the air inlet.
