Introduction
The V-Belt Driving Smelting Furnace Material Handling Centrifugal Fan is a high efficiency and energy saving product developed by our
company, which is used for ventilation and exhaust system of
smelting, chemical, medicine and dust removal production lines.
In the coal-fired boiler system, the ventilation and induce draft
systems of various boilers with evaporation capacity of 20
tons/hour to 800 tons/hour can be configured.
V-Belt Driving Smelting Furnace Material Handling Centrifugal Fan can output higher outlet pressure and provide more gas flow at the
same time, low noise. Stable operation at higher media
temperatures.The fan speed can be flexibly set by matching
different belt pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest
efficiency point and reduce energy waste.Motor slide guide can be
provided for convenient belt tensioning to reduce energy loss
caused by belt slack.

Advantages and Features
1.The bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of
temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the
installation of fan operation monitoring device.
2.Use liquid lubricating oil. It is not necessary to open the
bearing housing to replace and fill the lubricating oil. The
bearing housing is provided with an observation window for easy
observation of the quality and stock of the lubricating oil.
3.The bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal, unique
anti-leakage design inside, vent hole at the top, and sealing
grease at the joint, completely eliminating the possibility of oil
leakage in the bearing hosing.
4.After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure
generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure
that the impeller will not creepage and crack.
5. The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic
balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.
6.After running test and vibration value detection, the operation
is reliable.
